Company History
In October 1992, Xiaolan Lock Factory No. 2 was the leader and established the "Guangdong Guli Lock (Group) Company"
In May 1996, Britain, the United States and Xiaolan Town jointly established the "Yale-Guli Security Products (Guangdong) Co., Ltd."
In January 2001, ASSA ABLOY officially acquired and became a wholly owned company
In September 2001, "Yale-Guli Security Products (Guangdong) Co., Ltd." was officially renamed "Guli Security Products Co., Ltd.".
In March 2012, "Guli Security Products Co., Ltd." was officially renamed "Zhongshan Yasahelai Security Technology Co., Ltd."
