Shanghai Guanghua Instrument Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Guanghua Instrument Factory, China Nuclear Industry Corporation State-owned No. 264 Factory) was established in 1934. It is the earliest flow instrument factory in China and one of the earliest automation instrument manufacturing companies in the country. , specializing in the production of industrial automation instruments such as various flow rate, differential pressure, pressure, liquid level, etc.

The products are widely used to measure the flow rate of liquids, gases or steam, as well as to measure parameters such as differential pressure, pressure and liquid level. Some products have entered the international market. LD series electromagnetic flowmeters (including pipe type and submersible type) are the earliest products that have passed environmental protection certification in Shanghai (№0001). Guanghua took the lead in formulating professional standards for nuclear safety differential pressure/pressure transmitters (EJ/T1046-1997); professional standards for electromagnetic flowmeters (JB/T9248) and national standards (GB/T18659-2002, GB/T18660-2002); Participated in the formulation of the military standard "marine electromagnetic flowmeter".

For more than 80 years, Guanghua has always kept up with international advanced technology and stood at the forefront of domestic professional technology. In 1961, Guanghua was assigned to the Ministry of Nuclear Industry, and developed and produced a large number of flow, differential pressure/pressure, material level and other special instruments, making important contributions to the early construction of my country's nuclear industry. Entering a new era of protecting the army and turning to the civilian, Guanghua Self-reliance has developed a CEC series capacitive differential voltage/pressure transmitter in China. During the period when the nuclear industry was transferred to nuclear power construction, Guanghua participated in nuclear power construction. The research and development of CEC (H) series nuclear safety-level transmitters was successful, breaking the foreign monopoly, and the main indicators reached the advanced level of similar foreign products, which were well received by nuclear power users. The products have been successfully applied in a series of major projects. Recently, it has undertaken the design, research and development and manufacturing tasks of the nuclear-level transmitter of the K2/K3 project in Pakistan.

Guanghua products are also widely used in the control fields of industrial automation system such as electricity, chemical industry, steel, coal, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, papermaking, food, textile printing and dyeing, and flower fiber. Currently, Guanghua mainly produces CEC series capacitive differential pressure/pressure transmitters, CEC (H) series nuclear safety level transmitters, LD series electromagnetic flowmeters, LC series elliptical gear flowmeters, and orifice plate throttling capacity (including cores) The products are all advanced in China. Among them, the nuclear safety-level equipment independently developed and manufactured by Guanghua Company - CEC (H) series nuclear safety-level capacitive differential voltage/pressure transmitter was approved by the National Nuclear Safety Administration in October 2009 and successfully obtained the Civil nuclear safety equipment design and manufacturing license” passed the re-examination renewal certificate in March 2015, and the validity period is 5 years.
