In 1955, GESellschaft für Internationale PAtentverwertung mbH was founded in Frankfurt. The purpose of the company is to be registered as "the acquisition and commercial utilization of new inventions and new production processes at the domestic and international levels." Soon after, the company applied for patents on "Production of core rivet connection method" and "manual pliers for fastening core rivets".
GESIPA® has accumulated many years of production experience and has verified the reliability and stability of the product countless times. High-quality employees, first-class production equipment and production quality management can meet the demanding requirements of customers. GESIPA®'s strategic goal is to continuously improve and ensure high quality. All GESIPA® plants in Germany implement quality management systems and are certified by DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 systems.
GESIPA® is constantly improving according to the Kaizen, CIP and 5S management concepts, and regularly evaluates the process of key performance indicators to obtain results, continuously optimize them based on the results, make full use of effective resources, and allow all employees to actively participate in the entire process. To benefit future generations, GESIPA® has the responsibility to conduct business from an economic, environmental and social perspective and to increase resource utilization in the production process, putting environmental protection first. All GESIPA® products comply with the EU Directive RoHS.2011/65/EU.
