Heilongjiang Discoverer Robot Co., Ltd. was established in August 2012 and is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of kitchen robots and intelligent central kitchen supporting products. Headquartered in Daqing, it has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Hong Kong and Tianjin. It was listed on the National Small and Medium Enterprises Equity Transfer System in December 2015, with the stock code: 834426. In 2016, Harbin Institute of Technology Robot Group became a shareholder of the company. In the same year, the company cooperated with Haier to jointly build the "intelligent manufacturing cooking industry ecosystem."

The company has established a provincial enterprise technology R&D center in the high-end equipment manufacturing park in Daqing High-tech Zone, Heilongjiang Province. It has a R&D team with Harbin Institute of Technology as the backbone. Through unique innovative ideas and superb technical experience, it combines traditional Chinese food culture with modernity. Combining science and technology, an automatic cooking robot has been successfully developed, which can independently complete the entire cooking process, promote and realize the standardization of Chinese food, and has formed the "turnkey" engineering capability of the intelligent kitchen supporting project with intelligent cooking robots as the core.

The company's products have independent intellectual property rights, and now owns a number of invention patents and dozens of utility model patents. The company has passed the national ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification.
