Its predecessor was Lingxian Tianpeng Motorcycle Co., Ltd., which was established in 2000, mainly developing and manufacturing tricycles. In 2006, Dezhou Fulu Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. was officially established and used automobile technology to manufacture tricycles. As a result, it monopolized the tricycle market for more than 10 years and has a high market share. In 2014, he entered the four-wheel low-speed electric vehicle industry and began to focus on the research, development, manufacturing and sales of four-wheel low-speed electric vehicles.

The company's industrial park has four major production process workshops: stamping, welding, coating, and assembly, and fully automatic automobiles, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 low-speed electric vehicles; and has passed the ISO/TS16949 quality management system, the China Quality Certification Center's mandatory product 3C certification, and the China Quality Certification Center's ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification.

Fulu Automobile Industry has successively established intelligent research institutes and three major technical research institutes, with more than 100 middle and senior engineers, and has more than 100 patents and 4 invention patents. Turui, equipped with 3-core hybrid technology, was successfully launched in December 2016.
