Invented by Codbo, Evolon® microfilament textiles provide a good combination of textile and mechanical properties for a variety of applications. Evolon® is made of extremely fine microfilaments and is tightly wrapped with high pressure pure water jets. The resulting fabric is very dense, which creates a true physical barrier to allergic particles.

Evolon® fabrics are produced using a unique textile manufacturing process invented by Codbo. The unfinished two-component filaments are rotated and evenly spread on the textile conveyor belt, and high-pressure water jets are used to split into microfilaments and tangle them simultaneously to create fabrics. No chemical dissolving and adhesives are used during the processing.
