He originated from the Eastern Han Dynasty, flourished in the Tang and Song Dynasties, was proficient in the Qing Dynasty, and respected today's Fenggu wine.
History traces
Origin: Fule Shaofang
Chinese liquor has always required a profound history, a rich culture and a natural taste. Tracing the predecessor of Fenggu Wine, there are historical records, and the history of evidence can be traced back to Fule Shaofang in 212 AD. According to the "Three Kingdoms" and "Fang Yu Shenglan" records: In the 16th year of Jian'an in the Eastern Han Dynasty (212 AD), Liu Bei entered Shu, and the governor of Yizhou, Liu Zhang, welcomed him to Mianzhou. The two of them cooked wine for a hundred days to discuss the world. After drinking the fine wine of Fule Sauce House, Liu Bei praised him, "How rich, how happy today!" Liu Bei, who often drinks the northern spirits, occasionally drinks the mellow, clear and sweet-savory rice wine when he enters Sichuan. It is like a treasure, and he often rewards the winning soldiers with this wine. The soldiers were so motivated and invincible that they quickly captured Chengdu and established the Shu Kingdom. During the war, some soldiers bought and drank too much because they enjoyed this wine. Liu Bei ordered a ban on alcohol. But when the King of Shu was feasting for the ministers, Fule Sauce House was always indispensable. Because he loved this wine very much, the soldiers also loved it. It seemed that the young man was not satisfied with it. In the following thousand years, Fule Sauce House wine was flourished in the Tang, Song, Yuan and Ming dynasties because of the favorite love of the King of Shu, and the secret techniques of brewing were passed down.
Continuation: Secret Books of the Past
In Fenggu Wine History Museum, a restored bamboo slip winemaking secret book records in detail the secret techniques of Fule Shaofang winemaking. "Main ingredient: southern wheat, wheat, barley, rice, corn, sorghum". Process: "Cellar fermentation, time selection and crafting, and urns are in full bloom, and price is judged by quality." According to the records of the Wang family genealogy of Fulefang in the Eastern Han Dynasty. From Fule Bakery House in the Eastern Han Dynasty to Tianyou Bakery House, to today's Fenggu Wine Industry. In the historical evolution that lasted for thousands of years, the Fenggu people have always strictly followed the ancient saying of "ancient brewing, consistent", continued to use Laojiao mud to inoculate and reproduce, Laojiao fermentation, and ceramic urn storage, and focused on the sales and brewing of ecological liquor. On April 26, 2010, Fenggu Wine Industry declared that it took three years of scientific research and exploration. After the low-intoxication animal evaluation model "DNA" detection, a healthy low-intoxication factor that lasted for 1,800 years was found among thousands of trace elements of Fenggu high-quality and rich-flavored liquor. It was found that Fenggu Wine has maintained the genetic code of "drunk comfortably and wake up quickly" for thousands of years.
Xingsheng: Tianyou Shaofang
In the 17th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi (1678 AD), Wang Bingzheng, who had learned the secret of Du Shaokang's winemaking, moved to Xinglonggou, Tongmu Town, Mianzhou (now Fenggu Town, Mianyang) in the year of Ershun. Based on the "Fule Bakery" winemaking secrets that had been passed down for thousands of years, combined with the secret techniques of "Fen and Feng" wines, he devoted himself to several years and created the "Tianyou Bakery". He also taught his son Wang Fatian one by one the skills of digging cellars, making chorus, making wine, formula, and tuning techniques. He also came to the scene to guide the staff, and tasted it by himself after drinking, evaluating the advantages and disadvantages. The training is: "The quality of wine can be judged by the entrance. The operator should strictly control the quality of wine. The good ones are priced and the bad ones are cheap, so they should not be confused. This is the basis of establishing trust and the success or failure of the operators, and should always be remembered." This worldly teaching of "judging price by quality and making wine with integrity" has spread to the reputation of Tianyou Shaofang fine wine. During the Kangxi period, Li Bai's poetic painting "A pot of wine among flowers" was used as a trademark, and he used a pottery jar to dress up in the market, establishing a position in Mianzhou and even the entire northwestern Sichuan region. According to the study, Tianyou Shaofang wine made from Nanmai, wheat, barley, rice, and sorghum are fermented in cellars and fermented, with mellow taste, clear and sweet. After responding to the market, it was always popular among drinkers. Except for Mianzhou, all counties under Tongchuan Prefecture (now Santai County, Sichuan) also bid for it one after another, which was difficult to meet the needs of buyers for a while. In 1701 (the 40th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi), Wang Bingzheng died of illness. Wang Fatianke followed his father's instructions and took responsibility for the ingredients, koji, brewing, wine production, taste, and grading of Tianyou Shaofang, and strictly controlled the ingredients, making Tianyou Shaofang wine continue to maintain a good reputation throughout the northwest Sichuan region. Wang Fatian also often warned his children that "reading is the foundation of becoming talented, working hard to support the family, honesty is the foundation of dealing with the world, and humility is the foundation of blessings. You should not abandon the roots and pursue fashion. Our family began to brew wine in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and its skills were collected from Shu, Fen and Feng. We must first use quality and low prices as the basis for gaining trust. We should be wary of others and seek flaws. We should encourage ourselves." During the Republic of China, Tianyou Shaofang was prosperous and wealthy, and its products were sold well outside Bashu. Therefore, it merged with its neighbor workshops "Bian Lufeng" Shaofang and "Yuanxin" Shaofang to expand its own production capacity and gradually sold hotly throughout the country with bottled wine.
God: Toyoya Well
Fenggu Town, Mianyang, was called Fenggu Well in ancient times. According to the Mianyang County Chronicles, Fenggu Well was dug in the Sui Dynasty (581 AD). "The foot of Luohan Temple forty miles southeast of the state is an ancient well..." "Yuanhe Zhi" records: "Fenggu Well is located at the foot of Luohan Mountain forty miles southeast of the state is an ancient well. The mouth is seven or eight feet wide, the stone edges below are concave and concave, and four or five feet deep. The well is facing the Fu River, and there are lotus stones and natural petals that are carved, which are now there." Fengya Well was first excavated by the inheritor of Fengya Fule Shaofang. Digging wells to get water, wells to moisten grain, and wells to make wine, so Fenggu wine has always been loved by consumers. During the Sui Dynasty, the water transportation of the Fu River was developed. With this convenient transportation advantage, Fenggu wine was transported to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River through water channels. Water is the soul of wine, and the quality of wine depends on the quality of water. The water of Fenggu Well comes from Xuebaoding, the source of the Yangtze River, and is the same as the water in Jiuzhaigou. It is the first water source of the famous "famous wine U-shaped area" on the western Sichuan Plateau. It can be said to be the Sichuan famous wine belt upwind and water. It is rich in various trace elements, has low hardness and moderate acidity. It is sweet water and is an excellent water for brewing wine.
