It all started in Hornberg, Germany in 1817, when Georg Friedrich Horn established a pottery factory, initially only focusing on making pottery. In 1956, the product entered porcelain from pottery and expanded its scope to sanitary porcelain. This has built a good platform for future success and also set up a new name for sanitary ware products: Duravit.
Today, the Duravit Group operates at an international leading level and has more than 11 production sites around the world and has more than 7,000 employees - a witness to Duravit's amazing evolution.
