Brand Introduction

Germany Doma Group is a multinational company with a century-old history specializing in the production of high-tech gate control, construction hardware, movable sound insulation and partition products, glass products and accessories. Its high-quality products are found in more than 130 countries around the world and are in four countries. More than a dozen countries have production bases and branches. During the fiscal year 2007-2008 (30 June), Doma's turnover reached 894 million euros and employs 7,000 people. The company's door closeters, movable sound insulation and automatic door series products are leading in the world.

On July 1, 1908, Rudolf Mankel and his brother-in-law Wilhelm Dörken founded the DorkenMankel KG company in the German town of Ennepetal. The first product produced by the company is a two-way hinge for doors and slotted screws. From the very beginning, the two founders adopted the highest quality standards for their products, and the principle formulated at the time "providing the best quality at a favorable price and never letting customers down", which has been the company every day so far All are maintaining and strengthening business philosophy. The brand trademark DORMA--the abbreviation of the two founder's surnames--is registered in 1927 with the German Patent Office. After the upheaval of World War II, Doma launched the TS50 door closer, laying the foundation for Doma as the world's market leader in gated products today. In 1962, Doma began to produce a series of automatic door products, thus taking the first step to the automatic door series product market. In 1970, D?rken & Mankel KG was renamed Doma Co., Ltd., and the third generation of the family, Karl-Rudolf Mankel, began to lead the family company. Since then, Doma has begun its global development strategy and has continuously expanded into new product areas. In 1976, the company began to produce glass system components and accessories, and in 1977, it created the DORMA-Glas, an organization specializing in the production of glass system components.

In 2010, the new CEO Mr. Wagner proposed the strategic plan for Doma in 2020: Doma Group will use 10 years to achieve sales revenue in 2020, reaching 2 billion euros, and the total number of global employees will reach 10,000 people.
