Dongsheng Carpet Group was established in 1998 and is a corporate group mainly focusing on carpet manufacturing. At present, it is one of the production and export bases of large-scale woven carpets in China. Mainly produces home decoration and commercial woven and handmade carpets.
The Group owns many domestic production enterprises, including Rizhao Dongsheng Carpet Company, Binzhou Dongsheng Carpet Company, Dongsheng Bairui Carpet Company and other wholly owned or controlled by it. The group has its own industrial chain from wool spinning, dyeing and finishing, polypropylene spinning, nylon spinning, twisting, setting to carpet weaving and carpet finishing. All the main production equipment is imported from Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland and Belgium. Among them, there are 18 carpet weaving production lines, 6 chemical fiber filament production lines and 2 carpet high-definition digital printing lines are currently at the world's advanced level.
The carpet research and design and development center owned by the group has strong technical strength. The group's technical center has been recognized as a provincial key technology center by the Shandong Provincial Government. At the same time, it has been cooperating with domestic and foreign universities and R&D institutions such as the School of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University for many years. It has high-level product design and R&D capabilities in the same industry in China, and has registered a number of domestic intellectual property rights.
The group has established 58 sales agencies at home and abroad, and its product sales cover all major and medium-sized cities in China, and exported to 31 countries and regions including the United States, Russia, Japan, the European Union, the Middle East, and Taiwan. So far, Dongsheng Carpet has passed ISO9001 International respectively. Quality system certification, ISO14001 international environmental management system certification, and American Carpet Association indoor air quality inspection and environmental certification, and obtained the international environmental carpet green pass and New Zealand pure wool certificate. It has now become the main supplier of carpets for American and Japanese merchants in China.
