The frustration of DISCRAFT at that time came from the quality of the discs on the market; the flight mode was inconsistent, the distance potential was low, and the overall quality was poor. These Frisbees are made into toys and we need high-performance sports equipment to keep up with the athletes’ growing skills. In 1978, the company launched Discraft to serve disc athletes.
