Since 2013, Demark has begun developing ECO high-speed PET preform injection system and is very popular among many customers, not only because of its excellent cycle time efficiency, but also reducing investment from the beginning. On this basis, Demark developed and produced S series servo-energy-saving PET preform injection system for medium-sized production, providing a complete and variable solution for PET preform injection system. From drinking water bottle preforms to hot-filled bottle preforms, CSD preforms, heavy cooking oil preforms. In order to adapt to today's diversified consumer market, Demark preform injection molding system can meet different needs of customers at the same time, but will not affect the quality of the preform.

Demark has four different categories of fully automatic PET bottle blowing machines designed and produced: DMK-R series high-speed rotary fully automatic bottle blowing machines.

SFL series servo energy-saving fully automatic bottle blowing machine, ordinary economical linear bottle blowing machine, SBL series edible oil large bottle blowing machine. By absorbing European technology, after years of testing and verification, the DMK-R series fully automatic rotating machines are very close to European machine standards, but are cost-effective. Production capacity from 3000pcs/hr to 30000pcs/hour can meet different needs including water bottles, CSD bottles, cooking oil bottles, juices, tea drinks and other hot-filled beverages.

For mold production, Demark focuses on PET preform injection molds and PET blow molds. It is one of the earliest companies to adopt a needle valve hot runner system. Demark not only provides bottle preform molds with up to 144 cavity, but also transforms injection molds for domestic and foreign companies, such as providing cold half, hot runner, core, cavity and screw. The company's blowing molds can not only be equipped with our blowing machines, but also other famous blowing machines such as SIDEL, KORONES, SIPA, SIG and ASB.

At present, Demark has a strong and technical engineering team: about 30 engineers specializing in mechanical and mold design, about 50 general designers and about 160 technicians specializing in machine and preform manufacturing, with more than 10 years of experience.
