Nanjing China Shipbuilding Oasis Machinery Co., Ltd., its predecessor was Nanjing Marine Auxiliary Machinery Factory. It was founded in 1958 and was renamed Nanjing Oasis Machinery Factory in 1984. In 2005, it was reorganized and reorganized with Zhenjiang Marine Auxiliary Machinery Factory to establish a Co., Ltd. In 2020, it will be relocated from Banqiao area of Yuhuatai District to Jiangning Binjiang Economic Development Zone.
