Rongcheng Kangpais New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. was registered and established in May 2014 with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. It currently has 1,200 employees, including 150 technicians. The factory area is 360,000 square meters, the building area is 120,000 square meters, and it has more than 20 production workshops of various types. At present, Conpais RV is China's largest tow truck manufacturer and export enterprise, and can produce more than 20,000 tow trucks, 2,000 self-driving RVs and more than 100,000 sets of RV parts each year.

In May 2018, it was successfully listed on the New Third Board market. The Conpais RV Industrial Park project was selected as the first batch of major preferred projects for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province, and was awarded the title of "Little Giant" Enterprise and "Shandong Province Gazelle Enterprise".
