The motor factory has developed 2P/vertical motors, all of which are self-developed aluminum alloy frame motors with F-class IP54 or above, with light weight and high efficiency. The coil winding, inlet, insulation treatment and finished product testing are all completed by automated machines to ensure excellent quality. In addition, a high-precision motor performance tester can accurately measure the characteristics of the motor. The foundry currently has a 900/420T die-casting machine table, 1.5m/1m gravity casting machine to provide various different demands. It is equipped with a CNC processing department, and the processing capacity can reach a diameter of 1m, and it is equipped with fully automatic paint baking equipment and dynamic assembly line matching inspection. equipment to ensure the production quality of blowers and motors and provide customers with excellent quality products.

Miaoli has a blower factory and a foundry factory. The blower factory specializes in the processing and assembly of blowers. Miaoli foundry specializes in the production of aluminum alloy castings for blowers. The factory covers a total area of ​​8,800 square meters (29,000 square meters). The foundry currently has 800/350T die casting machines, 1m gravity casting machines and 1.2m low-pressure casting machines to provide various different demands. It is matched with the CNC processing department that has been established for 20 years, and the processing capacity can reach a diameter of 1m. . The blower factory has dynamic assembly line matching and testing equipment to ensure the production quality of the blower and provide customers with excellent quality products.

From castings, processing, motor manufacturing to finished fan products, all are completed in the factory, with a homemade rate of 95%. The annual output of fans is more than 50,000 units.
