In 2016, Shanghai Wanlai Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established, referred to as "Wanlai Co., Ltd.", which kicked off the era of sterilization with "water".

In 2017, Wanlai Co., Ltd. built a CELA water production workshop with GMP 100,000-level purification standard certification, obtained a sanitary license for Shanghai disinfection product manufacturer, and is committed to becoming a large-scale and high-standard non-electrolytic microacid hypochlorite water production in China. enterprise. At the end of 2017, Wanlai Co., Ltd. established an expert committee to focus on scientific theory and application research of CELA technology.

In February 2019, CELA disinfectant was successfully registered online in the national disinfection products, marking the official birth of domestic non-electrolytic microacid hypochlorous acid water disinfectant. In June 2019, Wanlai Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Agricultural University established an industry-university-research cooperation project to jointly carry out a number of research and application research on CELA hypochlorous acid water. In February 2020, Wanlai Co., Ltd. was included in the Shanghai Municipal Government as a requisition unit for important epidemic prevention and control materials in Shanghai, and donated more than 40 million hypochlorous acid disinfectants to organizations and institutions across the country.
