Beijing Yugou Group has 5 independent legal subsidiaries, and is an integrated group with "prefabricated building solution design and consulting - PC R&D and production - prefabricated building construction" as its core industrial chain. The predecessor of the group was established in 1980 and currently has about 2,000 employees and a total area of ​​552,800 square meters.

Beijing Yugou is an early enterprise in China that studies prefabricated construction. For many years, it has been striving to research and practice of prefabricated construction technology. It is now a national prefabricated construction industry base and a prefabricated construction industry base in Hebei Province. In 2007, we cooperated with Vanke Group to establish the "Yugou-Vanke Residential Industrialization R&D Center", which opened the road to the development of residential industrialization in contemporary China. In 2010, Hebei Yugou Building Materials Co., Ltd. was invested and built in the Gu'an Branch of Zhongguancun Independent Innovation Industrial Park, Langfang City, Hebei Province; in 2018, Beijing Yugou Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was established. At present, the group has formed a prefabricated building industry chain with prefabricated business as the core, integrating prefabricated building technology research and development, solution design, mold research and development and manufacturing, prefabricated components and ready-mixed concrete production, sand and gravel supply and construction installation.

In 2018, Yugou completed the tasks of deepening design, mold research and development and production, component production and assembly construction of the prefabricated stands of the main venue of the Beijing Winter Olympics in the National Project, the National Speed ​​Skating Hall project, and has been widely recognized by the owners and the industry. In 2019, Beijing Yugou has made great progress and began to implement the prefabricated construction of Yushuzhuang relocation houses, officially starting the engineering practice of prefabricated building integration. This project is also a demonstration project for the "Green Building and Building Industrialization" for the "13th Five-Year Plan" National R&D Special "Green Building and Building Industrialization" and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development’s prefabricated building science and technology demonstration project. In 2020, Beijing Yu will form the main supplier of prefabricated bridges for the Beijing-Xiong Expressway project, and will help Xiong'an construction with high-quality products and services. In 2021, Beijing Yugou undertook the prefabricated stand project of the Beijing Workers' Stadium Renovation Project, contributing to the construction of Beijing's cultural and sports projects in the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan".
