BULTEN
Founded in 1873, Boulton has developed into one of the large fasteners suppliers in the international automotive industry and consumer electronics customer bases. Today, Bourton employs approximately 1,600 people worldwide and is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Bulten's production base covers seven countries or regions on three continents, providing solutions from standard products to advanced technology products, and provides a variety of products for multiple industrial fields such as automobiles and household appliances. Bulten is known for its innovative solutions provider, focusing on sustainability. For example, the BUFOe product range is able to significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions. With its scale and diversity advantages, Bulten assumes the role of a multi-faceted service provider for a complete industrial platform, with Bulten taking on the responsibility of the complete supply chain from development to logistics and services.
Boerton’s range of products ranges from standard parts to suitable fasteners customized on demand. With the multi-faceted service provider concept, customers can hand over the entire solution of the fastener to Boulton, which means Boulton is responsible for development, procurement, logistics and services, or select only certain parts of the concept. Boulton's stock (BULTEN) is listed on Stockholm's Nasdaq.
In 2020, Boulton acquired Yingshi and entered the new customer field in the non-automotive industry through this acquisition. Most of the Yingshi business has been integrated with Boerton, and will now take the next step to complete the name change as part of Boerton's 150th anniversary celebration. The company's Yingshi business in Asia is being renamed Bourton.
