Shengli Oil and Gas Pipeline Holdings Co., Ltd. is one of China's largest oil and natural gas pipeline manufacturers. It is the main manufacturer of spiral joint submerged arc welded pipe (SAWH) of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group and China Petrochemical Corporation. It has been produced for more than 40 years. The history of SAWH welded pipes, the main products include SAWH welded pipes, straight seam submerged arc welded pipes (SAWL) and supporting anti-corrosion treatments. The main business locations are distributed in Zibo City, Shandong Province, Shandong Province and Xiangtan City, Hunan Province in China.

The company now has 12 SAWH welded pipe production lines and 1 set of pre-finished welding process production lines with international advanced level. It can produce specifications of Φ219-Φ2200mm, maximum wall thickness 25.4mm, and highest material X120-grade series SAWH welded pipes with an annual production capacity of 1.33 million tons. ; 1 set of SAWL welded pipe production line, which can produce specifications of φ508-φ1422mm, maximum wall thickness 60mm, highest material X120 grade SAWL welded pipe, with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons; it has 5 external anti-corrosion operation lines and 4 internal coating operation lines. It can meet the mechanized operations of φ219-φ1620mm external corrosion protection and φ426-φ1620mm internal coating, with an annual corrosion protection area of ​​more than 10 million square meters.
