Kaifeng Instrument Co., Ltd. (formerly Kaifeng Instrument Factory), was established in 1958 and was directly under the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and was restructured in 2003. After more than 60 years of development and growth, it is now a national backbone enterprise for traffic instruments.
