In 2007, after Lenovo Hony and Morgan Stanley invested, Boloni (China) acquired the Boloni brand from Ferranini.
Bologni cooperated with Shipu Design in Japan to introduce the residential interior dry construction technology of SI (century-year-old residential building) construction technology system, and successfully implemented a demonstration project - Beijing Yashi Alloy Apartment; later introduced the elderly apartment solution designed by Shipu. We will also cooperate to publish the "Japanese Senior Residential Design Manual" designed and developed by Shira-ura commissioned by the Japanese Senior Residential Consortium.
With Beijing as its headquarters, Kebao Bologni Group has established subsidiaries such as Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, etc., and also explores markets in more than 100 cities in the form of distributors and opens more than 300 stores.
