By the end of 2021, the Beanji Phase II culture medium production base (Shanghai Beijin Biotechnology Co., Ltd.) will be fully put into production. The base is a world-class factory built in accordance with the requirements of ISO13485:2016 quality management system, GMP and MDSAP multi-system, and adopts LSS Lean 6 Sigma system for production management. It has achieved a thousand upgrades, tens of thousands of upgrades, and tens of thousands of upgrades to low-temperature needle mill powder technology. Consistent amplification, the maximum batch volume can reach 100,000 liters, with an annual production capacity of 55 million liters of powder culture medium and 250,000 liters of liquid culture medium.
