Brand Introduction

The United States Playing Card Company is the world's largest poker manufacturer. It has produced many world-renowned poker brands, including "bees" and "bikes". In the hearts of collectors, perhaps the one they yearn for is the American Poker Company Museum, which contains a large number of poker treasures from all over the world.

In January 1867, AO Russell, Robert J. Morgan, James M. Armstrong and John F. Robinson Jr. jointly purchased No. 20 University Street, Cincinnati, southwest end of Ohio, USA. a printing factory and established Russell Morgan Printing Company. At that time, there were only two printing equipment in the printing factory.

The company has begun to mainly engage in the printing of various posters, trademarks and other businesses. By 1872, the business had grown bigger and bigger, and the original place had already seemed too crowded. In November of the same year, the company moved to a nearby 4-story building.

Back then, the production of American poker was monopolized by several companies on the eastern Atlantic coast. At the beginning of 1880, Mr. Russell suggested that the company print and produce cards. After discussion by several shareholders, he agreed to Mr. Russell's suggestion and added two floors to the original 4th floor factory building, turning the factory into 6th floor. To print poker, they added many new equipment. Finally, the first pair of poker was printed on June 28, 1881. At that time, they had 20 workers and their production capacity was 1,600 decks of poker per day.

In 1891, Russell Morgan Printing Company was renamed the American Printing Company. Three years later, in 1894, due to the rapid growth of poker printing volume and the proportion of production increased, this part of the work was finally separated from the American printing company and the American playing card company was established.

It grew rapidly as the American poker company merged several well-known poker printing companies of the time. In 1892, the well-known "Bee" card poker was launched, establishing the company's leading position in the poker production industry.

The "Congress" poker produced in 1881, the "Bicycle" poker produced in 1885 and the "Bee" poker produced in 1885 are all internationally renowned poker brands.

In 1900, because the factory originally located in downtown Cincinnati could no longer adapt to the development of the business, the company purchased another 30 acres of land and built a new factory of 600,000 square feet.

In 1900, the American poker company established a poker museum. The museum not only collects various pokers produced by the company over the years, but also spends huge sums of money to collect poker around the world. Now the museum is a world-renowned poker museum. The earliest poker collection in the museum is poker produced in Europe in the 15th century.

In 1986, American poker companies acquired Heraclio Fournier, the largest poker manufacturer in Europe, and in 1987, it merged with Arrco Poker Co., Ltd., the third largest poker manufacturer in the United States.

Over the years, American poker companies have sponsored many world-wide bridge competitions and made its contribution to the development of bridge.
