Liaoning Beihai Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. is a mining and powder processing enterprise group registered and operated in Haicheng City, Liaoning Province. Its predecessor was Haicheng Stone Powder Factory No. 2 established in 1987.

In 2004, the subordinate institutions managed by Haicheng Shifen No. 2 were reorganized and established Liaoning Beihai Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., referred to as "Beihai Group".
