Azbil Automation Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yamatake, Japan Co., Ltd., established in China. Its predecessor was Yamatake Environmental Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and was established in Shanghai in 1994.
