In 2016, the company completed the task of relocation of Tashan Road factory and successfully moved to the new site of Tang Road. The new factory has a construction area of ​​about 16,000 square meters and covers an area of ​​about 40 acres. At the same time, a new Nanjing manufacturing base was established. Currently, the company has about 230 employees, of which engineering and technical personnel such as R&D, manufacturing and technical services account for about 1/3 of the total number. Through 8 years of development and manufacturing process, a high-level development team and development process have been cultivated and established. Manufacturing capability

Jiexin Company has two manufacturing bases in Shanghai and Nanjing. Production line features

The automated production line is equipped with software and hardware supporting solutions for Industry 4.0 intelligent and digital operation, and has the "four modernizations" concept of agility, simplicity, visualization and leanness. The module line has automatic stacking robot, automatic FPC & Oscillator laser welding technology, automatic welding quality testing and module EOL working condition testing and other equipment; the PACK line has omnidirectional cruise AGV, automated insulation testing and software refresh equipment, complete package air tight Test the electrical performance test equipment with PACK EOL offline. The automated production line is informatization, visualization and integration; the production data of each station interacts with MES in real time and is uploaded to the server at the same time, which can realize real-time and accurate management of manufacturing data and historical traceability. Automated and intelligent production technology monitors the technical indicators and parameters of various processes of the product, controls the processing and manufacturing process in each link, and ensures the quality and reliability of the downline products.

Core Technology

The company currently uses two solutions for domestic battery cell leader Universal A123 soft-pack battery and CATL square shell battery. At present, our customers SAIC's batteries must pass extreme tests such as seawater soaking, internal and external fire burning, and falling from high places. They have obtained UL2580 safety. Certification certificate; in addition to battery cells, BMS ( battery management information system ) functions to effectively monitor, protect, energy balance and fault alarm the battery pack, thereby improving the working efficiency and service life of the entire power battery pack. If the battery is regarded as As the flesh and blood of the entire Pack, then the BMS is the brain. Jiexin's BMS is independently developed by SAIC Technology Center. It can predict the remaining capacity of the battery, and its accuracy can reach less than 3%. It is currently at the first-class level in China.
