Founded in 2008, Shanghai SuperSilicon is one of the earliest enterprises in China to engage in large-size silicon wafers for integrated circuits. It is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of 200mm and 300mm integrated circuit silicon wafers, advanced equipment and advanced materials. Through more than ten years of accumulation in advanced equipment technology, crystal growth technology, chip manufacturing technology, cutting-edge material research and other fields, we have established extensive cooperative relationships with global customers, and so far, we have reached the world's top integrated circuit manufacturers. The vast majority of products are supplied with large-size silicon wafers, and their technical capabilities and product quality have been widely recognized by customers around the world.
The company is under the Shanghai factory's 300mm fully automatic intelligent large-size integrated circuit silicon wafer production line, Chongqing Super Silicon 200mm high-end light doping polished silicon wafer production line, Shanghai wafer regeneration production line, and Super Silicon Shanghai Comprehensive Research Institute.
The "300mm integrated circuit silicon wafer fully automatic intelligent production line" built by Shanghai Chaosi in Songjiang District, Shanghai is one of the new and advanced fully automatic intelligent silicon wafer production lines built around the world in the past 20 years, and can produce advanced large-scale production. The total production capacity of polished sheets and epitaxial sheets required for the process process has expanded to 800,000 sheets per month, which is a major project in Shanghai from 2019 to 2023.
Chongqing SuperSilicon Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai SuperSilicon, located in Liangjiang New District, Chongqing. Chongqing Super Silicon has built a first-class 200mm (8-inch) silicon wafer production line that mainly focuses on light doping covering various high-grade process processes, with a production capacity of 400,000 pieces per month.
