Adisseo
Adisseo
Adisseo is one of the world's animal nutrition leaders, with more than 4,200 customers. Adisseo’s vision is to provide high-quality food to humans in an economically safe and sustainable way.
Under the guidance of the "going out" strategy of reform and opening up, China Bluestar, a key enterprise under China Chemical Group, acquired France's Andysou Group in 2006.
After the acquisition, Andisu resolutely implemented the "bringing in" strategy, increased investment in the Chinese market, and introduced core talents, production processes and technologies into China. In 2009, Andisu built a world-class liquid methionine factory in Nanjing. This is China's first liquid methionine factory, filling the gap in the field of methionine production as the world's largest methionine consumer.
In 2015, Andisu successfully landed in the Chinese A-share market, allowing Chinese investors to share the dividends of Andisu's rapid development and also provide a broad platform for sustainable development.
In 2018, Andisu completed the acquisition of Nutriad. Andisu and Nuaidi's businesses are highly complementary and can have huge synergies on the company's existing businesses. This acquisition has taken another solid step in the company's path to becoming the world's leading supplier of additives for animal nutrition specialty products.
